All Sales Final
All items are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Eligible Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Wrong size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Minor variations in color or fit
• Items worn, washed, or altered
Lost or Stolen Packages
House of Umbrael is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Processing Time for Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
